Common use of Subawards and Contracts Clause in Contracts

Subawards and Contracts. (1) The Recipient, the Subrecipient and Contractor shall insert in the Subaward or any Contracts this Term entitled “▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Act Requirements” and such other terms as the Contracting Officer may require. The Recipient shall be responsible for ensuring compliance by any Subrecipient or Contractor with all of the requirements contained in this Term.
