Common use of Subclass Clause in Contracts

Subclass. CONTRACTOR shall accept referrals from and make referrals to the various MHSA 31 programs, as appropriate. CONTRACTOR shall coordinate referrals with other existing mental health 32 services and wraparound services, to ensure that Clients and their families are given access to the most 33 appropriate level and type of service. Other services may include Wraparound Orange County; MHSA 34 FSP programs for children, TAY, or adults; and other COUNTY mental health services.
