Subconsultant Qualifications Clause Samples

Subconsultant Qualifications. To qualify as a Subconsultant that will provide technical services described in this RFP, the Subconsultant(s) must possess demonstrated and specific technical knowledge, experience, and expertise in one or more of the generalized study elements described in Section III.4. Tasks 1-9. Non-technical Subconsultants (e.g., reprographics) are not required to meet the above Subconsultant qualifications.
Subconsultant Qualifications. To qualify as a Subconsultant that will provide Key Team Member(s) for the tasks described in this RFP, the Subconsultant(s) must possess the following:  A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in the technical/business field(s) required under the scope of services for which the Subconsultant is being proposed. If the firm has less than five (5) years in business, the firm's Principal shall have at least fifteen (15) years of experience in the technical/business field(s) required under the scope of services for which the Subconsultant is being proposed; and  Experience with construction management services on at least one (1) complex water or wastewater infrastructure program within the last ten (10) years. Non-technical Subconsultants (e.g., reprographics) are not required to meet the above Subconsultant qualifications.

Related to Subconsultant Qualifications

  • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • Selection Based on Consultants’ Qualifications Services estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1, 3.7 and 3.8 of the Consultant Guidelines.

  • STAFF QUALIFICATIONS a) CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3064 and 3065. b) Only those NPS/A located outside of California that employ staff that hold a current valid credential or license to render special education and related services as required by that state shall be eligible to be certified. NPA/NPS staff shall be required to hold credentials and licenses within the state where they are providing services regardless of where the agency is located. c) When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, NPS, an appropriately qualified person shall serve as curricular and instructional leader, and be able to provide leadership, oversight and professional development. The administrator of the NPS holds or is in the process of obtaining one of the following: (A) An administrative credential granted by an accredited postsecondary educational institution and two years of experience with pupils with disabilities.

  • Foreign Qualifications Each of the Company and its subsidiaries is duly qualified as a foreign entity to transact business and is each in good standing in each jurisdiction in which such qualification is required, whether by reason of the ownership or leasing of property or the conduct of business, except where the failure to be so qualified would not singularly, or in the aggregate, in the reasonable judgment of the Company, be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
