Common use of Subcontract Price Clause in Contracts

Subcontract Price. CH2M HILL agrees to pay to Subcontractor for the satisfactory performance of Subcontractor’s Work the amount specified in Exhibit C, Subcontract Price Schedule, subject to additions or deductions as provided in Article 7. Any applicable alternates and unit prices are set forth in Exhibit C.

Subcontract Price.
