Subcontract Procedures. Without relieving it of, or in any way limiting, its obligations to NYSERDA under this Agreement, the Contractor may enter into Subcontracts for the performance of Work or for the purchase of materials or equipment. Except for a subcontractor or supplier specified in a team arrangement with the Contractor in the Contractor’s original proposal, and except for any subcontract or order for equipment, supplies or materials from a single subcontractor or supplier totaling less than $50,000, the Contractor shall select all subcontractors or suppliers through a process of competitive bidding or multi-source price
