Subcontract Terms. Contractor shall cause each subcontract entered into by Contractor with a value of NZ$500,000 or more to contain terms that entitle Contractor to disclose the subcontract (excluding price and other proprietary information) to Owner, that acknowledge that the subcontract works are being carried out by the Subcontractor for the benefit of Owner in terms of the Contracts (Privity) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and to agree that upon termination of this EPC Contract for due to Contractor's default:
