Common use of Subcontract Terms Clause in Contracts

Subcontract Terms. i. Each Subcontract shall include terms and conditions sufficient to ensure compliance by the Subcontractor with all applicable requirements of the Contract Documents, and shall include provisions addressing the following requirements as well as any other terms that are specifically required by the Contract Documents to be included therein: ii. Each Subcontract shall include terms that are substantially similar to those terms required by Sections 7.1 (Subcontracting), 7.2 (Subcontracting Requirements), and 7.3 (Assignment of Subcontract Rights). , and the DBE Provision, specifically including an agreement by the Subcontractor to be joined in any dispute resolution proceeding and each Subcontract other than Subcontracts with Suppliers shall include terms that are substantially similar to those contained in Article 8 – Work by Principal Representative or by Separate Contractors.
