Common use of Subcontracting Goals Clause in Contracts

Subcontracting Goals. Upon completion of negotiations, Consultant shall provide Project Manager a memo describing the proposed SBE and Woman-owned DBE (“WDBE”) goals associated with the Task Order. The memo shall include a table that lists (1) all firms performing work on the Task Order, (2) if the firm is a SBE or WDBE, (3) the dollar value and percentage of work attributed with each firm, and (4) the overall calculated SBE and WDBE goals for the Task Order. CCO will review the final negotiated Task Order scope and Consultant’s SBE and WDBE goals memo, approve or deny the goals, and issue a memo to the Project Manager. SBE and WDBE goals assigned to each Task Order shall be tracked by the CCO as part of the overall SBE and WDBE goals set forth in the Agreement.
