Subcontractor Coverage. 7.7.4.1 Each Party shall require subcontractors providing services under this Agreement to maintain in force the insurance coverage and limits required in Sections 7.7.1 through 7.7. 3.3, as applicable, of this Agreement, except for Section 7.7.3.2. With respect to Section 7.7.3.2 of this agreement, subcontractors must maintain the following Commercial General Liability limits: Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum limits of $2,000,000 General Aggregate limit; $1,000,000 each occurrence sub-limit for all bodily injury or property damage incurred in any one occurrence: $1,000,000 each occurrence sub-limit for Personal Injury and Advertising; $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate limit, with a $1,000,000 each occurrence sub-limit for Products/Completed Operations. Fire Legal Liability sub-limits of $1,000,000 are also required if this Agreement involves collocation.
