Subdivision of Lot. The Lot shall not be subdivided nor shall the boundary lines thereof be changed.
Subdivision of Lot. No Lot shall be subdivided or its boundary lines changed except with the prior approval of the Board of Directors of the Association and the applicable governmental entity. Declarant, however, hereby expressly reserves the right to replace any Lot or Lots prior to conveyance of such Lot or Lots by Declarant. Any such division, boundary line change, or replatting shall not be in violation of the applicable subdivision and zoning regulations.
Subdivision of Lot. No Lot shall be re-subdivided except by Declarant. This provision does not prohibit any Owner from conveying any part of his Lot to the Owner of an adjacent lot, provided that the Declarant has approved such conveyance in writing and provided further that the conveyance is done in accord with City of Tallahassee subdivision regulations and all applicable platting laws. Approval shall be in the sole discretion of the Declarant until the Community Completion Date at which time approval shall be in the Association’s sole discretion.
