Subdivisions and Combinations. In case at any time the Company shall subdivide the outstanding shares of Capital Stock into a greater number of shares, the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such subdivision shall be proportionately reduced, and conversely, in case the outstanding shares of Capital Stock shall be combined into a smaller number of shares, the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such combination shall be proportionately increased. An adjustment made pursuant to this Paragraph 4(c) shall become effective immediately after the effective date of such subdivision or combination.
