Common use of Subject of Contract Clause in Contracts

Subject of Contract. 1. Based on mutual agreement, the Partner undertakes to implement the following activities according to the current needs and possibilities of the entities: 1.1 prepare conditions for the transfer of top expertise and involve the experts from the Faculty into the research projects and innovation processes in the Partner institutions, 1.2 declare the opportunity to participate in joint research, 1.3 enable excursions of the Faculty students in the Partner institution, 1.4 confirm the possibility of internship of the Faculty graduates in a training center of the Partner institution, 1.5 allow the presentation of the Faculty in the Partner institution, 1.6 provide the Faculty graduates with the information about job vacancies in the Partner institution prior to publishing the job advertisements, 1.7 confirm the option for the Faculty students to elaborate the final theses for the Partner institution, 1.8 confirm the option of recording the technological processes in Partner institutions, or provide recordings of technological processes used exclusively for the Faculty educational purposes and their use in the teaching/learning process at the Faculty. 2. Faculty undertakes to implement the following activities regarding the current needs and possibilities of the entities, based on the mutual agreement: 2.1 enable presentation of the Partner institution on the Faculty premises, 2.2 provide a free presentation space for the Partner institution on the Faculty premises, 2.3 provide the Partner institution with the information on the education and research orientation of the Faculty, focusing on the Faculty areas of expertise, 2.4 submit a set of the Faculty study programmes to the Partner with the aim to adapt the programmes to the practice requirements, and provide the improved Faculty graduate profile to a selected Partner institution, 2.5 inform the Partner institution about the Faculty activities, 2.6 enable free registration of the Partner institution in the Faculty civic associations (portal for the Faculty graduates and stakeholders) Bank of Quality – Alumni MTF STU, 2.7 utilise recordings of technology processes from the Partner institution solely for educational purposes in the MTF with strict adherence to the safety and security protection of the external environment.
