Common use of SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT, APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT, APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS. 1.1 The Contractor shall perform the Phases B, C/D and if applicable Support to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ relating to Grism Activities for the Sentinel-4/UVN Instruments (including their design, development, qualification, delivery and support services) until the Commissioning Results Review (hereinafter called CRR) of the MTG-S2 satellite carrying the FM2) and other hardware, software and documentation, as defined in Appendix C hereto, in accordance with the tasks description and the requirements of this Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”), and deliver the items defined in the Appendix C hereto. Additionally the Contractor undertakes to provide, inter alia, as required by ASG, support activities related to Routine Operations, and Instrument Storage and Calibration Campaign for the FM2, as further specified in Appendix C herein and applied by Contract Change Procedure.
