Common use of Subject to and in accordance with Clause in Contracts

Subject to and in accordance with. the provisions of this Agreement, the Concession hereby granted shall oblige or entitle (as the case may be) the Concessionaire to: i. access and licence to the Site for the purpose of and to the extent conferred by the provisions of this Agreement; ii. design, finance and construct the Storage Facility iii. manage, operate and maintain the Storage Facility in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

(a) Right of Way, access and licence license to the Site for the purpose of and to the extent conferred by the provisions of this Agreement; ii. design, ; (b) finance and construct the Storage Facility iii. Project; (c) manage, operate and maintain the Storage Facility in accordance with the terms of this AgreementProject;
