Subject to North Carolina Administrative Code. All uninsured deposits shall be collateralized in accordance with the provisions of 20 NCAC 07. The Depository is required to submit all forms referred to in 20 NCAC 07 .0105 and any other pertinent forms required pursuant to 20 NCAC 07 to the State Treasurer. Collateral Forms are incorporated herein by reference as amended from time to time.
