Common use of Subject to Sections 4 Clause in Contracts

Subject to Sections 4. 1 and 5.1, at any time during the term of this Agreement, Producer may request that the Parties enter into negotiations to add compression to the Gathering System to reduce or maintain the pressure at which Producer must enter the Gathering System and to determine the mutually agreeable commercial terms and conditions under which Gatherer would install and operate such additional compression, and Gatherer and Producer agree to participate fully and reasonably in such negotiations.
