Common use of Subject to Clause in Contracts

Subject to. 14.1.1 the GLA (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient’s application for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Conditions 13.2 and 13.4; 14.1.2 Conditions 6, 14.3, and 16; and 14.1.3 the Condition Precedent having been satisfied, the GLA shall (resources permitting) pay the First Tranche Grant or the Second Tranche Grant (as applicable) to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant and satisfactory application.

Subject to. 14.1.1 the GLA (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient’s application for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Conditions 13.2 and 13.4;; and 14.1.2 Conditions 6, 14.3, and 16; and 14.1.3 the Condition Precedent having been satisfied, the GLA shall (resources permitting) pay the First Tranche Grant or the Second Tranche Grant (as applicable) to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant and satisfactory application.

Subject to. 14.1.1 13.1.1 the GLA (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient’s 's application for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Conditions 13.2 12.2 and 13.412.4; 14.1.2 13.1.2 Conditions 6, 14.313.3, and 1614; and 14.1.3 13.1.3 the Condition Precedent having been satisfied, the GLA shall (resources permitting) pay the First Tranche Grant or the Second Tranche Grant (as applicable) to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant and satisfactory application.

Subject to. 14.1.1 11.1.1 the GLA (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient’s 's application for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Conditions 13.2 and 13.4under this Agreement; 14.1.2 11.1.2 Conditions 69, 14.311.3, 11.4 and 1612; and 14.1.3 11.1.3 the Condition Precedent having been satisfied, the GLA shall (resources permitting) pay the First Tranche Grant or the Second Tranche Grant (as applicable) to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) ten Business Days of receipt of a relevant and the satisfactory application.

Subject to. 14.1.1 15.1.1 the GLA (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient’s application for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Conditions 13.2 14.2 and 13.414.4; 14.1.2 15.1.2 Conditions 67, 14.315.3, and 1617; and 14.1.3 15.1.3 the Condition Precedent having been satisfied, the GLA shall (resources permitting) pay the First Tranche Grant or the Second Tranche Grant (as applicable) to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant and satisfactory application.

Subject to. 14.1.1 the GLA (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient’s application for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Conditions 13.2 and 13.4;; and 14.1.2 Conditions 6, 14.3, and 16; and 14.1.3 the Condition Precedent having been satisfied, the GLA shall (resources permitting) pay the First Tranche Grant or the Second Tranche Grant (as applicable), on the basis of the applicable ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Rate having (regard to the acknowledgment set out in paragraph 13.1 of the Agreed Principles) to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant and satisfactory application.

Subject to. 14.1.1 11.1.1 the GLA (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient’s 's application for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Conditions 13.2 9.2 and 13.49.4; 14.1.2 Conditions 6, 14.3, and 1611.1.2 the GLA having received the Legal Opinion; and 14.1.3 the Condition Precedent having been satisfied11.1.3 Conditions 8, 11.3, 11.4 and 12 the GLA shall (resources permitting) pay the First Tranche Grant or the Second Tranche Grant (as applicable) to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant and satisfactory application.

Subject to. 14.1.1 15.1.1 the GLA (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient’s 's application for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Conditions 13.2 14.2, 14.4 and 13.414.6; 14.1.2 15.1.2 Conditions 6, 14.3, 15.3 and 1617; and 14.1.3 15.1.3 the Condition Precedent having been satisfied, the GLA shall (resources permitting) pay the First Acquisition Tranche Grant, Start on Site Tranche Grant or the Second Practical Completion Tranche Grant (as applicable) to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant and satisfactory application.

Subject to. 14.1.1 15.1.1 the GLA (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient’s 's application for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Conditions 13.2 14.2, 14.4 and 13.4; 14.1.2 Conditions 6, 14.3, and 1614.6; and 14.1.3 the Condition Precedent having been satisfied15.1.2 Conditions 15.3 and 17, the GLA shall (resources permitting) pay the First Acquisition Tranche Grant, Start on Site Tranche Grant or the Second Practical Completion Tranche Grant (as applicable) to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant and satisfactory application.

Subject to. 14.1.1 12.1.1 the GLA (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient’s 's application for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Conditions 13.2 10.2 and 13.4; 14.1.2 Conditions 6, 14.3, and 1610.4; and 14.1.3 the Condition Precedent having been satisfied12.1.2 Conditions 9, 12.3, 12.4, 13 and 40.1 the GLA shall (resources permitting) pay the First Tranche Grant or the Second Tranche Grant (as applicable) to the Grant Recipient within fifteen ten (1510) Business Days of receipt of a relevant and the satisfactory application.
