Sublease Amendments. Subtenant shall not amend the Sublease without the prior written consent of Master Lessor which may be withheld by Master Lessor in its sole and absolute discretion if such amendment (a) reduces the rent payable under the Sublease, (b) provides for any expansion rights, (c) extends the term of the Sublease in addition to Subtenant’s current right(s) to extend the term under the Sublease, if any, (d) reduces any of the liabilities and obligations of Subtenant under the Sublease, or (e) increases any of the obligations of Master Tenant thereunder. Any such amendement made without Master Lessor’s consent shall not be binding on Master Lessor.
