Common use of Subleases of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Subleases of Tenant. If Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by tenant (beyond the expiration of any applicable notice and cure period expressly set forth in this Lease), as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord's election to succeed to Tenant's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Subleases of Tenant. If Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by tenant (beyond the expiration of any applicable notice and cure period expressly set forth in this Lease)Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises within ten (10) days of notice from Landlord, or may, in Landlord's ’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant's ’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord's ’s election to succeed to Tenant's ’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

If Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default Default by tenant (beyond the expiration of any applicable notice and cure period expressly set forth in this Lease)Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord's ’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant's ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord's ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s election to succeed to Tenant's ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

In the event of Landlord's election to succeed to Tenant's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

In the event of Landlord's ’s election to succeed to Tenant's ’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

If Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by tenant (Tenant which extends beyond the expiration of any applicable notice and cure period expressly set forth in this Lease)period, as set forth in this Article 19, following any such default by Tenant, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord's ’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant's ’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord's ’s election to succeed to Tenant's ’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

If Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by tenant (beyond the expiration of any applicable notice and cure period expressly set forth in this Lease)Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, in the event such default continues beyond all applicable notice and cure periods, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord's election to succeed to Tenant's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

In the event of Landlord's ’s election to succeed to Tenant's ’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

If Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default Default by tenant (beyond the expiration of any applicable notice and cure period expressly set forth in this Lease)Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19if a Default has occurred, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for occupancy or possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or any portion thereof, or may, in Landlord's ’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant's ’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord's ’s election to succeed to Tenant's ’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunderthereunder (including, without limitation, any Transfer Premium).
