SUBLET OR TRANSFER. This section provides the agency the ability to sublet to another state agency as long as the agency remains the primary tenant of the space. If the agency, or the division of an agency, occupying the space is transferred to another state agency, or the division becomes an independent state agency, this clause enables the lease to transfer to the new agency.
