Submission and Approval of Artwork Clause Samples

The 'Submission and Approval of Artwork' clause defines the process by which artwork must be provided by one party and reviewed by the other for acceptance. Typically, this clause outlines the format, deadlines, and standards for submitting artwork, as well as the timeframe and criteria for the receiving party to approve or request revisions. Its core function is to ensure that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon process for delivering and accepting creative work, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and disputes over quality or timeliness.
