Submission and testing. Company shall follow the procedures for submission and testing of Digital Items as contained in Exhibit B. Unless otherwise stated herein, Nextel and its Affiliates shall have no obligation to accept, review, test or distribute any Digital Item. Local Digital Items shall not have hidden or non-disclosed network aware functionality. Company shall include a “help” section for every Digital Item, which shall include instructions as well as Company customer care contact information (e.g., email address). Digital Items shall also include an “about” section (or equivalent) that includes version (if applicable) and copyright information.
