Common use of Submission Date Clause in Contracts

Submission Date. During each year of this Charter, the tentative budget 6 must be submitted to the School’s Governing Board during the preceding 7 school year. The official approved budget, including the projected FTE on 8 which such budget is based, is to be submitted to the Sponsor by June 30 9 of the preceding school year.
