Common use of Submission of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Submission of Amendment. Any Party shall submit all requests for alterations, additions or deletions of the terms of this Agreement or any attachment to it to the Austin Department, with a copy to the Representatives for consideration. Requests for alterations, additions or deletions of the terms of this Agreement by any Party shall be submitted to the Austin Department, with a copy to the Austin Purchasing Officer.
