SUBMISSION OF BID. The E-tender shall be submitted in 2 (Two) parts online. The tenders are to be uploaded at UCIL e-proc site ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/UCILEPROC within the due date and time fixed for uploading the tender as mentioned in the NIT. Bidders are required to upload all tender forms and supporting documents which form part of the Bid in UCIL e-proc site ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/UCILEPROC. Physical submission of tenders shall not be accepted. Further, the only two (02) following documents in addition to uploading in the bid on UCIL e- proc site ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/UCILEPROCshall also be submitted in Original (inphysical form) in the sealed envelope indicating NIT ref. No. within the Tender Due Date &Time through post/ courier/ given in person to the UCIL’s address: .G.M (I/P & IRs), Uranium Corporation of India Limited, Jaduguda Mines, Singhbhum (East), Jharkhand- 832 102 and the scanned copies of the same should be uploaded at UCIL e-proc site within the Due Date & Time of tender submission otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. UCIL will not be held responsible for the postal delay, if any, in the delivery of the document or non receipt of the same.
