Common use of Submission of Information Clause in Contracts

Submission of Information. If Tenant requests Landlord’s consent to a specific assignment or subletting, Tenant will submit in writing to Landlord: (i) the name and address of the proposed assignee or subtenant; (ii) a counterpart of the proposed agreement of assignment or sublease; (iii) reasonably satisfactory information as to the nature and character of the business of the proposed assignee or subtenant, and as to the nature of its proposed use of the space; (iv) banking, financial or other credit information reasonably sufficient to enable Landlord to determine the financial responsibility and character of the proposed assignee or subtenant; (v) executed estoppel certificates from Tenant containing such information as provided in Section 25.4 herein; and (vi) any other information reasonably requested by Landlord.
