Common use of Submission of Pay Applications or Invoices Clause in Contracts

Submission of Pay Applications or Invoices. No more frequently than once per month, PE shall submit a Pay Application to TFC for (i) services performed based on the schedule set forth in Exhibit D and issued purchase orders; and (ii) reasonable and necessary costs and expenses incurred through the last day of the previous month. Each invoice shall reference services performed under the contract by Purchase Order number. TFC agrees to pay PE in accordance with Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code, also known as the “Prompt Payment Act.”
