Submission of Pay Applications or Invoices. No more frequently than once per month, SSE shall submit a Pay Application to TFC for services performed and reasonable and necessary costs and expenses incurred through the last day of the previous month. TFC agrees to pay SSE in accordance with Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code, also known as the “Prompt Payment Act.”
