Common use of Submission of Proof Clause in Contracts

Submission of Proof. An employee is required to submit to the Employer an order or statement from the appropriate military commander as evidence of such duty. Upon submittal of military pay vouchers documenting all wages and salaries earned on such leave, the Employer will reimburse the employee his scheduled straight time wages that would have been earned during the period of the leave. There is no requirement that the service be in one continuous period of time. The maximum number of hours for which payment may be made in any one calendar year under the provision is one hundred and seventy-six (176) hours.
