Common use of Submission of Report Clause in Contracts

Submission of Report. During performance of the Contract, Contractor shall monitor the Work of the Contract, award of subcontracts and contracts for materials, equipment and supplies for the purpose of determining DVBE participation in the Work of the Contract. a) Contractor shall report on a monthly basis all DVBEs utilized in the performance of the Work, the type or classification of the Work performed by each DVBE, and the dollar value of the Work performed by each DVBE. b) Upon completion of the Work of the Contract, Contractor shall submit a report to the District in the form attached hereto identifying all DVBEs utilized in the performance of the Work, the type or classification of the Work performed by each DVBE, and the dollar value of the Work performed by each DVBE.
