Common use of Submission Schedule Clause in Contracts

Submission Schedule. The Consultant submits to the Employer a schedule, within 4 weeks of the starting date and monthly thereafter, of all documents for acceptance. This schedule provides individual titles of drawings and calculations, and their proposed submittal dates, for requested in the Scope and as necessary for the review by the Employer means of compliance by the Consultant with all aspects of the requirements of this contract. The scheduled date of first submittal, time allowed for acceptance and expected date of issue after acceptance is shown for each document.
