Common use of Submission to Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Submission to Arbitration. a. Such submission to arbitration shall be by letter addressed to the American Arbitration Association and postmarked within the time limit provided in Section 14.7.6.1 of this Article. A copy of such letter shall be mailed concurrently to the Chancellor. b. Such submission to arbitration shall specify the alleged violation of the Agreement and shall specify the remedy or relief sought.
