SUBMISSION TO REGULATORY AUTHORITIES. Representatives of Glacier, at Glacier's expense, will prepare and file with applicable regulatory agencies, applications for approvals, waivers or other actions their counsel finds necessary or desirable in order to consummate the Transaction. Glacier will provide copies of these applications for Big Sky's review. These applications and filings are expected to include: (a) an application to the Federal Reserve; and (b) any filings required under the MBCA or the Montana Bank Act;
