Submit final report. The Special Inspection Agency shall submit a final report that is sealed, signed and dated by its responsible Engineer, to the City of ▇▇▇ Arbor Building Department’s Building Inspector, stating that all items requiring Special Inspections and Testing were fulfilled and reported.
