SUBMITTAL OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT DOCUMENTS Sample Clauses

The "Submittal of Construction Contract Documents" clause requires the contractor to provide specific documents related to the construction project to the owner or architect for review and approval. These documents may include shop drawings, material samples, schedules, and product data, which must be submitted according to the timelines and procedures outlined in the contract. By establishing a clear process for document submission, this clause ensures that all parties have the necessary information to verify compliance with project requirements and to coordinate work effectively, thereby reducing the risk of errors, delays, or misunderstandings during construction.
