Submitting Samples. Step 1 Complete the ALAB Service Agreement form on pages 1 & 2 (either by hand or in Acrobat using the fill and sign function). Step 2 Print the completed ALAB Service Agreement form and place inside a suitable shipping box containing the sample(s). Juice or samples that are fermenting must be shipped/delivered on ice. Step 3 Clearly label the sample(s) with your Client Sample ID indicating the type of product and a number Step 4 Affix the shipping label below to the box. Wrap bottles individually if mailing. Step 5 Mail or drop off the sample(s) – please email ahead of time if dropping off samples. Drop off at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Innovation Pavilion (between 8:30 and 4:30, or by special arrangements) Enter main doors of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇.). Take the stairs on the left to the second floor McCain Commons. Cross the walkway to Room 249 (alab). If no one is there, leave the package outside the lab – please email ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ or text ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ to notify the lab technician that it has been left. Step 6 ALAB staff will analyze the sample(s) within the standard turnaround time.
Submitting Samples. The Parties agree to the following: 13.1. The Second Party shall submit the required samples to the Engineering Office for approval within at least fifteen days (15) from the intended date of usage thereof for the conduction of the work under this Agreement, if the Second Party delays their submission or exchange thereof according to what the Engineer demands then the Engineer may obligate the Second Party to use the samples the First Party sees fit within the cost limits agreed upon, and it shall be as if the samples were provided 13.2. The delayed period of time of submission of the samples by the Second Party shall not be included within the time limit set for the performance of the work under this Agreement.

Submitting Samples. Except with respect to Samples collected by Stratum, Company shall, at its cost and expense, deliver all Samples with respect to which Stratum is to perform Laboratory Services to the Stratum Facility specified in the Order for those Laboratory Services. Company shall bear all risk of loss or damage to (or contamination of) the Samples in transit. Company shall package, label, and ship Samples to Stratum strictly in accordance with the requirements of Applicable Law and any packaging, handling, and shipping instructions provided by Stratum, and shall notify Stratum, in writing, prior to or when it submits the Sample, if the Sample contains any hazardous, toxic, or other substance(s) or material(s) requiring special handling, storage or disposal.

  • RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT Deliveries are subject to re- weighing at the point of destination by the Authorized User. If shrinkage occurs which exceeds that normally allowable in the trade, the Authorized User shall have the option to require delivery of the difference in quantity or to reduce the payment accordingly. Such option shall be exercised in writing by the Authorized User.

  • Product Testing No later than [**] prior to a scheduled Delivery ARIAD US shall send to ARIAD SWISSCO the Delivery Documents for review. Following such review, unless within [**] of receipt of the Delivery Documents ARIAD SWISSCO gives written notice of rejection of the Product to be delivered, stating the reasons for such rejection, the Delivery shall proceed, and both Parties shall organize the same. Upon arrival at ARIAD SWISSCO nominated site it shall visually inspect the shipment of the Product to identify any damage to the external packaging. ARIAD SWISSCO may reject any shipment (or portion thereof) of the Product that is damaged by providing to ARIAD US reasonable evidence of damage within [**] after Delivery of such Product. If ARIAD SWISSCO does not so reject any shipment (or portion thereof) of the Product within [**] of Delivery of such Product, ARIAD SWISSCO shall be deemed to have accepted such shipment of the Product; provided, however, that in the case of the Product having any Latent Defect, ARIAD SWISSCO shall notify ARIAD US promptly once it becomes aware that a Product contains a Latent Defect and subsequently may reject such Product by giving written notice to ARIAD US of ARIAD SWISSCO’s rejection of such Product and shipping a representative sample of such Product or other evidence of Non-Conformance to ARIAD US within [**] after becoming aware of such Latent Defect, which notice shall include a description of the Latent Defect.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.

  • Review of Materials During the term of this Agreement, Client shall ensure that all prospectuses, statements of additional information, registration statements, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, advertising and sales literature or other materials prepared for distribution to Fund shareholders or the public, which refer to the Subadviser in any way, prepared by employees or agents of Client or its affiliates are consistent with information previously provided by Subadviser. Subadviser shall promptly notify the Client of any changes to information pertaining to the Subadviser and stated in the materials described in this Section 6(g).

  • Samples The Contractor shall submit the following samples of Materials and relevant information to the Authority’s Engineer for pre-construction review: (a) manufacturer's test reports and standard samples of manufactured Materials; and (b) samples of such other Materials as the Authority’s Engineer may require.
