SUBORDINATE CERTIFICATES Sample Clauses

SUBORDINATE CERTIFICATES. On each Distribution Date, subject to the provisions of Section 6.01(c), the Available Funds remaining after the distributions described above under Section 6.01(a)(i) will be distributed among the Subordinate Certificates sequentially, in the following order, to the Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates, in each case up to an amount equal to and in the following order: (a) the Accrued Certificate Interest thereon for such Distribution Date, (b) any Accrued Certificate Interest thereon remaining undistributed from previous Distribution Dates and (c) such Class's Allocable Share for such Distribution Date.
