Subordination and Non-Disturbance Agreements. The Tenant agrees to subordinate the Lease to every mortgage from time to time during the term of the Lease in accordance with the terms of the Lease and the Landlord agrees to request each mortgagee, at the Tenant's sole expense and after receipt of a written request from the Tenant, to provide the mortgagee's form of non-disturbance agreement in favour of the Tenant.
