Subordination Not Applicable to Trustee Compensation Sample Clauses

This clause establishes that the subordination provisions in an agreement do not apply to the compensation or reimbursement owed to the trustee. In practice, this means that any fees, expenses, or indemnities due to the trustee are paid without being subject to the same payment restrictions or priorities that may affect other creditors or claimants under the agreement. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the trustee is compensated promptly and without delay, thereby encouraging the trustee to perform its duties without concern for payment subordination.
Subordination Not Applicable to Trustee Compensation. Nothing contained in this Article XI will apply to the claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under Section 5.07 of this Indenture. The Trustee hereby accepts the trusts in this Indenture upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.
