Subordination of Common Securities. If a Trust Enforcement Event has occurred and is continuing under the Trust Agreement, the rights of the holders of the Common Securities to receive Guarantee Payments hereunder shall be subordinated to the rights of the Holders of the Capital Securities to receive Guarantee Payments under this Guarantee.
