Common use of Subordination of Common Securities Clause in Contracts

Subordination of Common Securities. If a Debenture Event of Default (as defined in the Trust Agreement) has occurred and is continuing, the rights of the Holders of the Common Securities to receive Guarantee Payments under this Guarantee shall be subordinated to the rights of the Holders of the Capital Securities to receive Guarantee Payments under this Guarantee.
