Subordination of Common Securities. If a Declaration Default has occurred and is continuing under the Declaration of Trust, the rights of the Holders of the Common Securities to receive Guarantee Payments hereunder shall be subordinated to the rights of the Holders of the Trust Preferred Securities to receive Guarantee Payments under this Guarantee.
