SUBRECIPIENT REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. 8.1. Subrecipient shall report as set forth below. 8.1.1. Subrecipient shall use the CSFRF Subrecipient Quarterly Report Workbook as referenced in Exhibit F to report to the State Agency within ten (10) days following each quarter ended September, December, March and June.
