Subscriber Billing. Subscriber billing will be the sole responsibility of Client; provided that nothing in this Section 5 will limit Synacor’s responsibility to provide services to Client, as agreed by the Parties, that are used by Client in connection with Client’s subscriber billing and collections activities.
