Subscriber Billing. 4.10.1 Access Seeker shall conduct the actual handling of a bill complaint from Access ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Roaming Customers. 4.10.2 Ooredoo shall offer Access Seeker assistance when information is required from Ooredoo to enable Access Seeker to handle and respond to Customers’ complaints.
