Subscriber Changes. Subscriber shall notify UL Contracting Party in writing and without delay of any changes that may affect its ability to conform with the UL Requirements, including without limitation, changes to its legal, commercial, organizational status or ownership; modifications to the Covered Product; or changes to its contact address and production sites. Where further examination or testing is required by UL Contracting Party as a result of the Subscriber changes, the Applicant will be duly notified and be given the opportunity to authorize additional Product Investigation Service.

  • NETWORK CHANGES 3.1. Sprint shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with §§ 51.325 through 51.335 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Sprint may discontinue any interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. Sprint agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers, which may result from such discontinuance of service.

  • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the University [Office of Disability Services]. Room change may only be made with the written approval of University Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the University Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.
