Subscriber to notify ▇▇▇▇. The Subscriber must: (a) immediately notify ▇▇▇▇ on becoming aware of an actual, suspected or proposed claim that will or is reasonably likely to cause a claim to be made against ▇▇▇▇ by any person (including the Subscriber or the Subscriber’s client) under this schedule. The notification should include details of: (i) the Workspace ID; (ii) the client’s name; (iii) the relevant TAC; (iv) the amount of loss suffered by the client or likely to be suffered; (v) the method used to compute that amount; and (vi) any relevant correspondence or other information entered into with the relevant Land Registry; (b) at ▇▇▇▇’▇ expense, and upon ▇▇▇▇ agreeing to accept responsibility in accordance with this Schedule, do all things necessary to assign to ▇▇▇▇ the absolute right to conduct the defence of the claim against the Subscriber or the Subscriber’s client or enter into settlement discussions with the claimant against the Subscriber or the Subscriber’s client; (c) at ▇▇▇▇’▇ expense, provide ▇▇▇▇ with such assistance as it requires in conducting the defence of the claim or the settlement discussions; and (d) advise ▇▇▇▇ in writing immediately after the Subscriber becomes aware of:
