Subscription Grant and Right of Use. 3.1. Subject to all the limitations, restrictions, and conditions contained within the Agreement, We grant You a subscription to the Service for the term of this Agreement. This subscription: 3.1.1 is non-exclusive 3.1.2 is non-transferable 3.1.3 is non-sub-licensable 3.1.4 grants you license to use the Service 3.1.5 grants you license to install and use additional Software, as referred to in clause 5.1, made available by Us for use by You, with, and as a part of, the Service 3.1.6 grants you license to use any patches or updates for the Software referred to in clause 3.1.5 3.1.7 grants you license to use any Documentation made available by Us as a part of the Service
