Subscription Limits. 4.1 The maximum amount you can pay into a cash ISA in any Tax Year is set by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). To find out the latest allowance contact us or HMRC.
4.2 Provided you comply with HMRC subscription limits, in each Tax Year you can subscribe to:
(a) one cash ISA; and
(b) one stocks and shares ISA. You cannot subscribe to two (or more) cash ISAs, or two (or more) stocks and shares ISAs in the same tax year.
4.3 Where you make a transfer of current year subscriptions from a cash ISA to a stocks and shares ISA, the subscriptions to the cash ISA are treated as if they were made to the stocks and shares ISA so you can subscribe to a cash ISA following the transfer, subject to the overall subscription limits set out in the ISA Regulations.
4.4 Your application will no longer be valid at the end of any Tax Year in which you do not make a subscription to the account, except if this happens during the first year (in which case condition 4.5 applies). If this happens, you must make a fresh application before you can make any further subscriptions to the account.
4.5 If you make an application to subscribe to the account, but you do not make a subscription in the Tax Year to which the application relates, your application will remain valid for you to make a subscription in the next Tax Year unless the application is valid for one Tax Year only.
Subscription Limits. If You purchased a Plugin Subscription, You must use the Paid Plugin in accordance with the limits described in Your subscription plan (e.g., You must ensure that the maximum number of Plugin Users does not exceed the number of Plugin Users for which You have purchased the Subscription).
Subscription Limits. | The Subscription Limits that apply to Customer’s use of the Subscription Service and other Cutover Services (as applicable) are as per its Subscription (as chosen from the Marketplace Listing) and any applicable Overage increases.

Customer will reasonably cooperate with any Nuvolo audit of Customer's use of the Subscription Service, which may require Customer to run reports for Nuvolo’s review. If Nuvolo determines that Customer has exceeded its permitted use of the Subscription Service then Nuvolo will notify Customer and within thirty (30) days thereafter. Customer, at its option, shall either: (i) disable any unpermitted use or (ii) purchase additional subscriptions commensurate with Customer’s actual use.
Subscription Limits. | Customer’s access to the Subscription Service is based on its (i) current purchased User Limit (the number and category of Users), (ii) its API Call Limit, and (iii) any other Service Limits that apply to its purchased Cutover Services (if applicable and stated in an Order Form), and any applicable Overage increase in respect of its User Limit and/or Service Limits. Unless Customer has purchased the Subscription Service on an ELA basis (defined below), Customer’s Service Limits are (collectively) as stated in the Subscription Order Form and any other applicable Order Forms agreed between the Parties for the purchase of additional Users and/or other Service Limits during the Subscription Term.
Subscription Limits. The Service is purchased as a subscription. Each subscription plan is defined by the subscription capacity limits as described in the Order (the “Subscription Limits”).
Subscription Limits. 4.1. The subscription is subject to the limits outlined in the Order Form.
4.2. Monthly drafted contracts is a limit to the number of documents that the Customer can draft through the “Templates” menu in the System each month.
4.3. Monthly contract reviews is a limit to the number of documents that the Customer can review through the Microsoft Word add-in part of the System each month.
4.4. Monthly automation credits is the amount of credits that the Customer has available each month to use in the Workflow feature. This feature is NOT released yet. When it releases the Customer will have access to the automation credits outlined in the Order Form.
4.5. The monthly limits will reset on each day of the month that corresponds to the day of the month where the subscription started.
4.6. Total signed contracts is a limit to the number of signed documents that the Customer can store in the CMS. This limit does not reset. Master Services Agreement – version 1.0 Dated 28-05-2025

These limits are designated based on particular Service being purchased and may include the following options. In the case of Services to which user limits apply, the CUSTOMER will be charged the additional fees associated with the excess of the number of users in a calendar month with respect to the limit contracted in the subscription Term.
