Common use of Subscription Service Clause in Contracts

Subscription Service. On termination of an Ordering Document, Reseller Order, or expiration of a Subscription Term, Customer will stop accessing and using, and ServiceNow will stop providing, the Subscription Service and all related rights granted to Customer in these Terms of Service terminate immediately, automatically, and without notice. Customer will, within 30 days after the effective date of termination by Customer for ServiceNow’s breach, submit to Reseller a claim for refund for any prepaid fees paid to Reseller covering that part of the Subscription Term for the affected Subscription Service, if any, remaining after the effective date of termination.

Customer will, within 30 days after the effective date of termination by Customer for ServiceNowIgnyte’s breach, submit to Reseller a claim for refund for any prepaid fees paid to Reseller covering that part of the Subscription Term for the affected Subscription Service, if any, remaining after the effective date of termination.
